Privacy Statement De Deel - January 2021

Tenants of De Deel agree to the privacy statement of De Deel. We tenant of De Deel for their name and telephone number. We use your name to address you (kindly) and we put the name of the tenant of De Deel of the participants in a clinic or the POD test in our administration for financial purposes and possibly contact with the tenant. This administration remains private and is not public, if you later want to have your data removed or viewed, you can always contact us. For example, we use your telephone number to call you for consultation. These data are also not passed on to others.
Your data will remain in our accounting for 5 years, after 5 years we will remove the tenant's name and address from our database if there is no reason to keep it.

Newsletters and special letters
If you want to receive the newsletter and the special letters, you must have given permission for this. This is possible with a simple short e-mail message to Patricia or Gerd. We then have your e-mail address that we keep in a file and not pass it on to others.
Do you no longer want to receive letters? Send a message to Patricia or Gerd and it will happen. We will then also remove your email address from the file.
